Our Story

We started WinRa1n in 2023, on the third anniversary of iKeyTools, our parent company that provides various tools and services for iOS devices. We were inspired by the checkm8 exploit, which enabled a permanent jailbreak for A7-A11 devices running iOS 12 to iOS 17. We wanted to create a simple and reliable tool that would allow Windows users to jailbreak their devices with just one click, without the hassle of using virtual machines or complicated commands.

We combined the power of checkm8 and checkra1n, two of the most popular and trusted jailbreak tools, and added our own features and improvements to create WinRa1n, the first and only Windows jailbreak tool for iOS 12 to iOS 17. We also integrated Palera1n, a new jailbreak tool that supports iOS 15 and iOS 17, and offers tweak injection and package manager installation.
